Vipashyi is the pen name of Yogesh Kumar an ordinary Vipassana meditator — not a teacher, not a representative, and not affiliated with any organization. He is simply an old student who continues to practice in daily life.
Through reflections, practical writing, and freely shared ebooks, Vipashyi attempts to:
• Encourage sincere daily practice
• Bridge meditation with modern challenges
• Support old students during difficult phases
• Promote equanimity over ideology
• Stay aligned with the original spirit of Dhamma
These writings are personal reflections based on individual experience. They are not teachings and do not replace residential courses.
Those interested in learning the technique are encouraged to do so through authorized Vipassana courses under recognized teachers.
If anything here helps, the credit goes to the Dhamma.
If anything is unclear, the limitation is personal.
